Private & Group Sound Healing Sessions

Private sessions are offered exclusively at my peaceful cottage in New Hampshire, where guests are invited to slow down, reconnect, and experience the grounding power of sound. Each 1:1 session is tailored to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and energetic alignment.

$60 per private session (1 hour)
Held in-person only at the New Hampshire cottage

Group sound healing sessions are available for off-site events such as retreats, bachelorette gatherings, wellness pop-ups, and corporate wellness days. These sessions are customized based on your group’s intention and space.

$300 for groups of 5–10 guests
Hosted at your location
Travel costs are to be covered by the event organizer

Private Coaching & Counseling Sessions

Private coaching sessions are offered both virtually and in-person (New Hampshire only). These sessions blend intuitive guidance with actionable goal-setting to help you move through blocks and align with your next chapter. Sound healing may be included to deepen the experience.
