Join us for an intentional morning centered around growth, reflection, and connection. Together we will open our circle with grounding, intention setting, and space to share what we feel called to express while offering support to one another in community.
From there, we will transition into guided journaling with three prompts focused on personal growth and self-discovery. During your journaling experience, Tiara will begin the sound bath, using sound as a tool to help you connect more deeply with yourself, your emotions, and your inner clarity.
As the session unfolds, you are invited to settle into a state of rest and reflection, allowing the sounds to support integration and relaxation.
Please bring water, a journal, and anything you need to feel comfortable during the sound bath.

Join us for a gathering designed to honor the energy of Gemini, a sign of duality, communication, curiosity, adaptability, and playfulness. This is a space for new beginnings and fresh perspectives, where we celebrate expression, movement, and the renewing energy of the moon through sound and embodied practice.
We will begin in circle, sharing what we feel called to and opening space for sisterhood connection. From there, we will work with group affirmations to gently activate and open the throat chakra, supporting authentic expression.
Next, we will move into intuitive movement, allowing the body to release, express, and transform emotion through dance. We will then transition into a restorative sound bath to close our time together, integrating the experience through rest and vibration.
This gathering is an opportunity for both collective connection and individual healing, held in a safe and supportive space.

Join us for a gathering under the energy of the Gemini New Moon, a time of duality, communication, curiosity, adaptability, playfulness, and fresh beginnings. This is a sacred space for new perspectives, intentional reset, and aligned self-expression.
With the Gemini New Moon as our guide, journaling becomes a reflective and intuitive practice, blending intellect and inner wisdom to open pathways for manifestation and clarity. Each prompt becomes a doorway into the subconscious, where thoughts, dreams, and insight begin to align.
We will begin in circle with grounding, intention setting, and group affirmations. Space will be held for anyone who feels called to share. From there, we will move into three journaling prompts centered on the Gemini theme.
During journaling, Tiara will begin the sound bath, allowing sound to support deeper reflection and inner connection. You will have time to write while being held in the vibrational space of the sound journey. Once complete, we will gently transition into rest and integration.

Join us for a gathering centered around the theme of moving forward. This is a supportive space to release, realign, and gently step into what’s next with clarity and intention.
We will begin in circle with light breathwork and group affirmations, opening the throat chakra and creating space for grounded expression and presence.
From there, Tiara will guide a meditation focused on the theme of moving forward, gently transitioning the group into a deeply restorative sound bath. The sound journey will last approximately one hour, offering time for full rest, integration, and nervous system support.
This is an invitation to slow down, soften, and allow yourself to be held in sound as you reconnect with your inner direction and next steps.
Please bring a blanket, pillow, eye mask, water, and anything you need to feel fully comfortable during the sound bath.
