The Crystal Lake Cottage

Gilmanton, New Hampshire

This is a space where time softens and presence gently returns.

Created as a sanctuary for intentional gathering, it holds a grounded and nourishing energy—an invitation to slow down, exhale, and come back into rhythm with yourself. There is a quiet wisdom here, steady and feminine, that invites remembrance, inner clarity, and reconnection to what’s true.

Whether you arrive seeking rest, realignment, or to awaken something long-forgotten, this space meets you with gentleness. It’s held by care, shaped by intention, and infused with the quiet power of women gathering in sacred rhythm. Here, rituals unfold naturally, healing rises without force, and every offering is rooted in presence and integrity.

This is more than a retreat—it’s a living, breathing container for transformation. A place where you’re free to unravel, be witnessed, and return to the truth of who you are.

  • Our retreats are intentionally intimate, with just 3 to 8 guests, so each person feels supported, seen, and held. With plenty of space for rest, reflection, and connection, you're not just attending—you’re arriving as your full self, and we’re here to meet you there.

Our gatherings welcome 8 to 20 guests, creating a warm, communal energy while still holding space for meaningful moments. It’s a shared experience where authenticity, connection, and presence are at the heart of it all—because we believe that depth doesn’t require distance.

  • All retreats are fully catered, with wholesome meals prepared daily, along with snacks and beverages available throughout your stay. We focus on balanced, deeply nourishing food—without being restrictive. While we don’t follow strict raw, vegan, or detox diets, our meals are light on meat and dairy, and centered around fresh, local ingredients.

You’ll feel supported on every level—fed physically, emotionally, and energetically.

Gatherings are a bit more casual and community-centered. While full meals are not included, select offerings may include light refreshments or seasonal bites. These moments are more about sharing space and connection than sitting down to dine—but when we do provide food, it’s rooted in intention and care.

  • Over the course of 3 nights and 4 days, retreats offer a thoughtfully curated flow of healing experiences—each day building upon the last. Practices are woven into a grounded rhythm of rest, reflection, and renewal. This immersive journey invites you to soften, go inward, and reconnect with your body, energy, and spirit.

The range of practices varies with each retreat and is thoughtfully designed to support the theme and intention of the experience.

Our gatherings are shorter and more focused—centered around a specific theme, seasonal shift, or intention. While less immersive than a retreat, they still invite you to ground, reflect, and reconnect—even if just for a few hours. These experiences are crafted to offer moments of meaning, creativity, and community.

Sturdy shoes are recommended for walking on uneven desert ground. If you feel called, you’re welcome to bring a small sacred item for our communal altar.
