Join us for a gathering designed to honor the energy of Gemini, a sign of duality, communication, curiosity, adaptability, and playfulness. This is a space for new beginnings and fresh perspectives, where we celebrate expression, movement, and the renewing energy of the moon through sound and embodied practice.
We will begin in circle, sharing what we feel called to and opening space for sisterhood connection. From there, we will work with group affirmations to gently activate and open the throat chakra, supporting authentic expression.
Next, we will move into intuitive movement, allowing the body to release, express, and transform emotion through dance. We will then transition into a restorative sound bath to close our time together, integrating the experience through rest and vibration.
This gathering is an opportunity for both collective connection and individual healing, held in a safe and supportive space.
Please bring water and anything you need to feel comfortable during the sound bath.
