12:00 PM – 2:30 PM
The Crystal Lake Cottage
Join us for Sereni TEA Full Moon Tea Ceremony and Sound Bath, a sacred afternoon of connection, reflection, and healing under the Full Moon.
Hosted by New Hampshire local shaman and energy worker Cristin Pugliese, this gathering is centered around emotional clarity, spiritual awakening, and celebrating yourself while releasing old patterns.
We will begin outside in circle for grounding, reflection, and intention setting around the bonfire. Then we will move inside to create our own tea blends and learn how tea ceremonies align with lunar cycles and mindfulness.
Once our teas are ready, we will return outside to sip in silence, using tea as a meditative tool before flowing into intuitive movement.
We will close the afternoon with a restorative sound bath led by Tiara to help you relax, reset, and integrate the experience.
This is an outdoor event, so please bring whatever you need to be comfortable. Water, tea, and yoga mats are provided. Please note there may be bugs, so dress accordingly.
To honor the sacred space we create together and ensure everyone feels safe and supported, doors will close at 11:45 AM.
