We’ll begin with an open discussion, then transition into a period of deep rest. As crystal singing bowls fill the room, allow the soothing vibrations to guide you into a meditative state, helping you unwind, restore, and reconnect with yourself.
Please bring a blanket, water, a journal, and any crystals you’d like to charge in the collective feminine energy we create together.
